Draft for review: please check these terms match how you run your business before publishing.

1. Our services

These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by TIME2SHINE Weston Cleaning Services. The scope of each job is set out in your quote or agreed checklist.

2. Quotes and prices

Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the property or job is significantly different when we arrive, we’ll discuss any change in price with you before continuing.

3. Access

You agree to give us safe access to the property at the agreed time, along with water, electricity and parking where needed (except where our service includes our own supply). If we can’t get in, a call-out charge may apply.

4. Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations with less notice may be charged up to the full price of the visit.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with any part of the clean, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the areas concerned free of charge. Refunds are not normally given where a re-clean has been offered.

6. Breakages and damage

We take great care, but if something is damaged please tell us within 48 hours. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing faults, poorly fixed items or unsuitable surfaces we were not told about.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Regular clients may be invoiced weekly or monthly. Late payments may incur a charge.

8. Keys

Keys are stored securely and coded, never labelled with your address. We’ll return keys on request or when our services end.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
