Who we are

What data we collect
- Contact and quote requests: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you’re interested in and any details you choose to give us.
- Customer records: your address, access instructions (such as key or key-safe details), service preferences, appointment history and payment records.
- Website data: technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your data
We use your data to respond to enquiries and provide quotes (legitimate interests and steps before entering a contract), to deliver and manage the services you book (contract), to send invoices and keep accounts (legal obligation), and, only with your consent, to send occasional offers or newsletters. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with people who help us run the business, such as our cleaners (only the details needed to do the job), our accountant, payment providers, email and website hosting providers, and where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months if you don’t become a customer. Customer records are kept for as long as you use our services and for up to 6 years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Key and access details are deleted or returned as soon as you stop using our services.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
