Why builders’ cleans need specialist care

We use HEPA-filtered vacuums that trap fine particles, then wipe surfaces with damp microfibre cloths to remove the remaining film. Paint, adhesive, silicone and grout haze need the right products and techniques to remove them without scratching new glass, tiles, worktops or floors. Our three-stage approach

1. Builders’ clean. Rubble, offcuts and packaging cleared, and the heavy dust removed so the final trades can work.
2. Deep clean. Every surface cleaned from top to bottom, inside cupboards, on top of doors, along skirting boards and in window tracks.
3. Sparkle clean. A final polish of glass, chrome, worktops and floors just before handover or move-in.

Small projects such as a single room may only need the final two stages. Larger renovations and new builds usually benefit from all three.
