Hot water extraction carpet cleaning

Hot water extraction is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers. We spray a heated cleaning solution into the carpet under pressure, which loosens dirt and residue at the base of the pile, then immediately extract it with a powerful vacuum. The result is a genuinely clean carpet, not one that just looks clean on the surface. For wool and delicate carpets we use lower temperatures and wool-safe products.

Stain and odour removal

We treat most common stains, including coffee, tea, wine, mud, food, make-up and pet accidents. Some stains, such as bleach, dyes and burns, permanently damage the fibre and can’t be removed, but we’ll always tell you honestly what to expect.
